You can obtain Vitamin B1 through your diet as a wide range of foods contain Thiamine, including; fish, bread, nuts, seaweed, lentils, nutritional yeast, asparagus, potatoes, mushrooms, spinach sunflower seeds, green peas and romaine lettuce, as well as meat such as pork.
